Diseases can lead to loss of weight because of failures in development of a fruit and to violation of appetite of the pregnant woman. The pregnant woman is more emotional, vulnerable and subject to an uneasy and stressful state. Not to think of bad, she should occupy herself with favourite business, to move, walk more, and to relax in the evening, lying on a bed and listening to quiet music. The daily routine is important for the woman expecting the child. The daytime sleep (lasting up to 1.5 hours), long walks in the fresh air (in the park, but not in shops), the various balanced food is obligatory. Besides everything listed weight reduction at the pregnant woman it can be observed because the fruit develops at the expense of mother's stocks. It at the same time grows, and the woman loses weight. Insignificant weight reduction – not a reason for concern. All women differently gain weight during pregnancy: someone - 4 kg, and someone - 15. The main thing that future mom and a fruit received enough nutrients, minerals and vitamins.
