Change in European cuisine became the reason of such changes: in it there was a set of fat and sweet dishes, and great ladies began to get fat.

Emancipation, wars and the subsequent to them dictated the periods of wellbeing to women to become thin and mobile, broad-shouldered and sporty girlfriends to men, fragile flowers in dresses of New Look. The ideal of beauty is the sum of the social inquiries shown by society to the woman. And the 21st century, not less prompt, than 20, for certain will stir up more than once old trends and will introduce something new.
