With what children the modern teacher works

Children Hits: 71

Throughout all history of mankind the senior generation complained about younger, as on uncontrollable, disobedient, not trained. And, the grown younger generation made a similar claim to the children and so till today.

Instruction

1. Perhaps, it is necessary the modern teacher more difficult, than to all his colleagues from last years and centuries. The teacher was always cleverer than the pupil both on knowledge, and of life experience. It created natural subordination and easily kept within the scheme "the teacher-to the pupil". From there was and obviously a respect of the pupil for the teacher as to cleverer person.

2. At some point everything exchanged in society. The natural movement of society when information society came to replacement to society industrial became the reason. Society exchanged, but educational technologies lag behind it not less, than for two decades. In educational space the shift which it is possible to recognize as revolutionary resulted. The modern pupil knows more teacher that with a big reluctance, but the pedagogical community should recognize.

3. The modern pupil mastered computer and information technologies without exaggeration, from the cradle. Educational technologies long time did without application of innovations. As a result the pupil could observe how the teacher teaching the algebra which is not able to send the SMS message by the mobile phone. The teacher, of course, has considerably the large volume of knowledge of the subject, but from the point of view of the pupil this knowledge is useless. Knowledge of the pupil allows it to solve many practical problems including educational, on the algorithm.

4. At the same time, the modern pupil has much bigger freedom – democratization of society did not avoid also education. Though the modern pupil also depends on the teacher's estimates, he sees that the status and financial position of the person in society does not depend on its achievements in school. Especially as the modern control system of knowledge by means of testing nullifies the real importance of estimates. Such relation of the pupil to training stimulates the teacher to make a lesson interesting as there is no other mechanism on motivation, especially in high school.

5. Today children of children of the end of last century, so-called "the lost generation" which had to become as persons during an era of changes study at school. At least, they gave to the children own vision of the world in which there are no traditional ideals and symbols. The main trait of character of the modern average pupil – rationalism. The modern child will not go to collect scrap metal if does not see in it practical need. The teacher is faced by a difficult problem of education of nobility and responsibility that in the absence of real role models very not easy.

6. Thus, it is possible to draw a conclusion that the modern teacher works with the pupil who stimulates it on improvement. Not in vain in modern educational standards both the teacher, and the pupil have the equal status of "the subject of educational process".
