"Yandex.Mail" is one of the most popular mail services in Russia. With its help you can carry out exchange of e-mails and perform operations with the received messages directly via the interface of a resource. One of basic functions of service is the possibility of removal of the received letter that it did not take the place on the file space selected with Yandex for storage of mail.
Instruction
1. Primary removal of mail on a resource is carried out by means of the corresponding button in the interface. To get access to removal of letters, log in to the account of service, having passed to its homepage and having entered yours the login and the password.
2. Click on the link "Entering" located in the left part of a window of the page. Click with a left mouse button on the name of the letter which you are going to delete. In the appeared window look through the text of this letter and make sure that you want to make its removal then press the corresponding button located above over the page.
3. To delete at once several letters, return to a directory "Entering". Clicking with a left mouse button, put ticks opposite to each letter which you want to erase, in the respective area on the page. Having selected unnecessary letters, press the Delete button.
4. All messages deleted from entering, temporarily are placed in a directory "Remote" which is also located in the left part of the menu of the interface of service. Forever to erase the letters sent to this directory, click on an image button of a broom which is located also in the left part of a window in a menu item "Remote". Confirm operation of cleaning of this directory, having pressed the Clean button. This action completely will delete letters from the server without a possibility of their recovery.
5. It should be noted that all letters placed in a trash folder automatically are erased in 7 days. Thus, if you forgot for some reason to clean this folder, it will be automatically cleaned in 7 days after removal of the message.
6. The letters which are in the Spam folder can be also permanently deleted. For this purpose it is enough to select of them and to press the Clean button available in a top panel of a control interface of letters. Unlike messages in categories "Entering", letters from the Spam folder are removed from a system forever at once.
