Instruction
1. Use the system of password recovery if you forgot it. In a main window of an email client click the link: "Forgot the password?" or similar to it.
2. Select one of the offered options of change of personal data for gaining access to the page of e-mail. Such opportunities are: confidential question and your answer to it, additional e-mail, mobile phone.
3. If you selected option: "Change of the password by means of the mobile phone", specify the number in the respective field. If it will match that which you specified in process of registration of mail, the system will allow to enter the new password.
4. Having stopped on Confidential Question option, find that confidential question on which you gave the answer at registration in the offered list, or specify the. After that enter the answer to this confidential question. It should be just the same, as at registration. If the answer is correct, an opportunity to change the password to the mailbox will be provided to you.
5. Using an opportunity "Additional e-mail", in the offered field enter the additional postal address specified by you at registration of a box. Open the specified box, in it there has to be a letter with the link for change of the password.
6. If your e-mail is registered, for example, on the Mail.ru server, use the special system of password recovery (the link is given below).
7. In the offered field enter the login and click "Further". To recover the password, select one of the ways offered you.
8. Specify number of the phone without dash and spaces. The sms containing the special code will come to it. Enter the received code in the necessary line and click "Input".
9. Then add the new password and again click "Input". That the password differed in reliability, use in it not less than six digits and letters of the different register.
10. Enter the new password to enter the mailbox. Password recovery in other mail systems, generally happens on the same algorithm.
