2. Specify radio signal types which the router creates your Wi-Fi. Most often it is possible to meet channels of 802.11 b, g and n. On the basis of the received data select suitable Wi-Fi the adapter.
3. Connect the module of wireless communication to the computer. Turn on the PC and wait for loading of the operating system. Install the drivers necessary for the correct functioning of Wi-fi of the adapter. It is the best of all to use the original disk delivered complete with the device.
4. After software update open a Network and Sharing Center. Click the link "Management of Wireless Networks". Wait for start of the new menu and click "Add".
5. In the following dialog box select the Create a Profile of Network Manually item. Study and fill the offered form. Surely enter those parameters with which the necessary access point works. Any error will lead to the fact that you will not be able to connect the computer to Wi-fi network.
6. Pay special attention in the field "Encryption type". Select in it the TKIP or AES item. Check opposite to the Start This Connection Automatically point.
7. If your access point is configured on concealment of the name, activate the Be Connected even if the Network Does Not Conduct Broadcast Transmission point. Press Next. Select item "Is ready" and wait for installation of communication with access point.
8. Check operability of wireless connection. It should be noted that some PCs can not be connected to wireless access point if they are connected to Wi-Fi the router through a patch cord.
