The person will not be able to bother you any more.
Also administrators of groups and communities can add users to an ignore list. Under an avatar of group it is necessary to click "Manage Community". The window with the Black list tab will open. Same further actions.
The Delete from the Black List button it is possible to unlock the user and again to give him the chance to see and write.
If added you to the black list, to leave independently it it will not turn out. As option it is possible to create the second page and to ask the person to unlock you. Or to ask someone from mutual friends to write to it.
Learn at which of users you are in the black list, it is possible, having visited their pages. Limited access means that you are ignored. If there is no person in friends, in attempt to add him, the inscription "You Can Not Add This User as a Friend" will appear.
