1. Define that you would like to see at start of the browser: an empty tab, the page of one of searchers or, maybe, some certain website instead of that homepage that is loaded now. It is also possible to customize the display of visual bookmarks, then you should not look for the necessary resource in the menu – often visited sites will be presented on the homepage in the form of small miniatures.
2. The operations procedure in different browsers is similar. Distinctions can be only in names of buttons and menu items, but they are not so essential. So, for installation of the homepage in Mozilla firefox start the browser and select the Tools item in the menu. In the opened submenu click on the line "Setup". The new window will open.
3. Go in it to the Main tab and pay attention in the field "Home page". It contains a window in which you need to enter the information. If you want the first the page of a certain website to open (or the searcher), enter the corresponding address beginning with http://www.имя_сайта in this window. If you want to see an empty tab at start of the browser, enter in a window: about:blank.
4. That at start visual bookmarks were displayed, at first it is necessary to enable this addition, and then, having opened in the browser the page with bookmarks, to open the Setup window and to click in the field "Home page" the Use the Current Page button, the page address with visual bookmarks will register automatically (for example, for bookmarks of Yandex it looks so: yafd: tabs). After setup of the homepage press the OK button that changes became effective.
5. In the Internet Explorer browser the operations procedure will be the following: in the menu "Service" select the line "Internet Options". In the opened window go to the General tab and enter the necessary address in the Home page field. Save settings.
6. In the Opera browser open the Tools menu, select the Setup item and the General tab. Replace the current web address for wishing or delete the text completely that at start the empty page opened.
