1. Avoid use both in heading, and in the text of the letter of words and turns which are often applied by spammers, for example: "discount", "sale", "urgently", "promotion", "password", "credit", "copies", "is not spam". Do not write the whole phrases with capital letters. Do not make grammatical errors as this method is used by spammers to do messages unequal. It is known to developers of filtering systems long ago.
2. If it is necessary to send the identical text to several addressees, the probability that it will be taken for spam at once, increases repeatedly. In advance ask addressees on other communication link, for example, to phone, Jabber, ICQ, Skype, to check contents not only the Entering folders, but also the Spam folders. If, having received and having opened the message, they will click on the link "It Is not Spam", letters from your address will not be accepted further by a system to unwanted. The small text can be sent to recipients directly on the instant messaging system. It is also possible to place the document on the Google Docs, Microsoft Office Web Apps server or similar, and to send to addressees through the instant messaging system of the link to it.
3. If the link needs to be transferred by e-mail, completely it is impossible to exclude hit of the message supporting her in spam. But the probability of such event can be reduced. Do not resort to services of servers for reduction of URL, for example, TinyURL - the addresses of such servers are included in "black" lists practically all spam filters. Even specify the long addresses directly - at communication by e-mail, unlike forums, this way it is possible to act.
4. Absolutely it is possible to avoid wrong adoption of messages for unwanted if the organization has own e-mail server. Ask all employees to send each other the messages connected with work only within this server. Employees should send the same messages which have no relation to work, on the contrary, each other only from personal boxes and to personal boxes that the address of the office server under no circumstances could not be included in lists of the filtering systems.
