The procedure of activation of the server of terminals in Windows Server 2003 means preliminary activation of the server of licenses for a possibility of sending to clients of services of terminals of its licenses and obtaining the special digital certificate.

Instruction
1. Open the main menu of the Windows operating system clicking of the Start-up button. Pass into the Control panel point for implementation of the procedure of activation of the server of licenses in the automatic mode.
2. Expand the Administration node and select the link "Licensing of the Server of Terminals". Open the All Servers group in the console of management and open a context menu of the server which is subject to activation by click of the right mouse button. Specify the Activate the Server command and miss the first window of the activation wizard clicking of Next.
3. Use the option "Automatic Connection" in a new dialog box of the master and confirm the choice with clicking of Next. Enter necessary data of a name, the country and the company into the respective fields of the following dialog box and pass to the following step, having pressed Next.
4. Enter personal data in the opened dialog box of the master (not compulsory procedure) and press Next. Repeat this action in the following dialog box and apply a checkbox in the field "Start the master of client licenses now" a final window of the master.
5. Complete the work of the master of licensing as clicking of the button "Is ready" or use an altenativny method of activation with use of the browser.
6. Return to a dialog "A way of connection" of the master of licensing and select the option "Web browser". Click the link in the following dialog box for transition to the Internet page of licensing and activation of the server of terminals and specify the Activate the Server of Licenses command in the Choice of Parameter group.
7. Confirm the choice with clicking of Next and enter value of the code received on the Activation of the Server of Licenses resource, and other personal data in the opened dialog box. Receive the special code and enter value of the code of the server of licenses on the page of activation of the server. Apply the selected changes by clicking of Next and implement the recommendations of the master.
