Bots allow to practise perfectly firing at a game in Counter-Strike. Naturally, they will not replace real players therefore it is recommended to find time for a game with living people. There are several options of adding of bots in a game.
Instruction
1. There is a set of different types of bots for each of the version of the game Counter-Strike. First of all find the fan website devoted to that version which is installed on your computer. View the list of the bots available for downloading and installation. Select that which has the greatest number of positive reviews. Use search engine to find as much as possible information on it. The fact is that different types of bots can behave differently in a game, and pastime can be both fascinating, and boring. Having made sure that a set of boats which you selected, suits you, download it on your hard drive.
2. The downloaded files can have a different appearance – it can be as just archive, and the self-extracting file. Attentively read readme – in it there has to be a name of the folder in which it is necessary to install bots. If before you the self-extracting archive, select final the cstrike folder. If before you simple archive, extract from it files in the separate folder then copy them in cstrike.
3. Start CS and create a new game. Select the card and wait for the end of loading. Press button h then from a drop-down menu choose the command of adding of a bot. With its help you can also set complexity for the added bot and type of weapon which it will use.
4. Add a bot, using the console. In this case click ~ and enter the sc_cheats 1 command. Further enter bot_difficulty and click Enter. You will see value of complexity of bots: 0 – the simplest, 3 – the most difficult. Regulate this parameter depending on your skill.
5. For creation of the server on which you will resist to a large number of bots enter into consoles of the mp_limitteams 0 and mp_autoteambalance 0 command. With their help you will remove restriction for adding of new players for strong team at an imbalance and also turn off automatic adjustment of equality of the parties. Use the bott_add_t and bott_add_ct commands, for adding of a bot for the team of terrorists and counter-terrorists respectively.
