For entering of a variety into a conversation by means of ICQ clients many users use sets of smiles. By default in such programs there are standard sets to which interest is quickly lost, and it is easy to download and install new smiles.

Instruction
1. To start the ICQ client, left-click on a label on a desktop twice. It is necessary for check of the smiles installed in the program of message exchange in a main window of the program to click any line in the contact list for the purpose of emergence of a message box. Click the image of a smile in the bottom panel of a window for display of all smiles. Click on it — it should appear in a window of sending the message.
2. Also it is possible to insert a smile into the message by means of universal codes. For example, for display of the simple smiling smile it is enough to type a combination of characters on the keyboard: ":-)", "=))" or ":)" (it is necessary to gather without quotes). Click "Space" or Enter to see graphic display of the entered code.
3. For adding of additional smiles it is necessary to download them, for example, at the following link of http://www.kolobok.us/request.php?1. Having clicked this link you will copy archive to the computer which weight about 14 MB. In it there is a large number of smiles, from them you will use not everyone. Unpack archive and select separate smiles.
4. In a message box click images of a smile, then click the line "Management of Smiles". Click "Add smilies" and specify the directory in which there are files of smiles selected by you. Click OK to load them.
5. In older versions of the program, namely ICQ5, such opportunity was not, but there is an alternative way of adding of smiles. Close the program if you did not make it yet.
6. Pass into the folder with the program and find the Animated directory in Smiles directory. Delete Animated directory contents, open it and copy new smiles.
7. Start the program to look at the updated package of smiles.
