Instruction
1. Visit the page of an input in "Rambler-Pochtu" of http://mail.rambler.ru/. Click on the link "Forgot the Password?" located under a form for a login to the account.
2. Enter the address of a mailbox to which you forgot the password and the test code represented on the picture. The attention, the address need to be written entirely together with a domain name: @rambler.ru, @lenta.ru, etc. Press the Continue button.
3. Enter the answer to a control question just as you specified it when created the account. It concerns including letter case – you monitor that the CAPS LOCK key needlessly was not included. Press the Continue button. If you correctly answered a question, the system will suggest you to set the new password for a login to the account.
4. Enter the new password in the fields of a form. Repeat it in line below and press the Continue button, and we will start on the Return to Mail button. On the page of an input enter the login and the new password in the fields. Press the Enter Mail button — access to a mailbox is restored.

6. Specify in fields of a form your name and a contact e-mail address to which to you the answer from support desk will come subsequently. If you have no additional e-mail address, you can create immediately it in "Rambler-Pochte". For this purpose it will be necessary to click on the link "Receive the Address" and to undergo registration procedure.
7. Specify in the text of request: - the e-mail address to which you want to restore access; - date of creation of a mailbox (it is possible approximate); - a name, a surname and date of birth which you entered at registration; - what additional e-mail address you specified; - when you successfully came last time into the account; - what password, at least approximately, you specified; - approximate answer to a confidential question and a question. Also the support desk can specify at you data on your provider, the IP address from which you usually used mail, names of additional folders in your mailbox, the addresses from which to you letters came (at least a little), number ICQ which was tied to a box, etc.
