To disconnect the virus banner blocking access to the operating system it is necessary to use a package of measures. It is possible to select manual option of removal of the module or to use anti-virus utilities.

- - Windows setup disk;
- - Dr.Web CureIt.
Instruction
1. Install the Dr.Web CureIt program. For this purpose use other computer with Internet access. Visit the site http://www.freedrweb.com/cureit and download the above-stated program. Copy it on a DVD disk or the USB stick and connect to the infected computer.
2. Turn on this PC and key F8. It is necessary for an output of the list of options of alternative loading. Specify the Safe Windows Mode point and click the ENTER key. Wait some time until the system is started in the safe mode. Open the written EXE file to start process of scanning of the computer. Confirm removal of the found virus files.
3. Reboot, using normal option of loading, and check existence of the advertizing module. If it still appears, then visit the following resources: http://sms.kaspersky.ru, http://www.esetnod32.ru/.support/winlock, http://support.kaspersky.ru/viruses/deblocker or http://www.drweb.com/unlocker/index. Enter data from the text of an advertizing window and click "Receive the Code". Substitute the received versions of passwords in the field of an advertizing window. The banner will be disconnected after input of the correct combination.
4. If you have no opportunity to start the Dr. Web Curelt utility, and to pick up the correct password it did not turn out, then use the Windows setup disk. Insert it into the DVD driver and reboot. Wait for completion of preparation of installation files.
5. When using Windows Seven or Vista OS, select the Additional Parameters of Recovery menu. Find in the opened menu and open point of "Start recovery". Wait until the program automatically corrects or will replace files of automatic loading. Reboot after emergence of the corresponding window and start the Dr. Web CureIt program.
