Instruction
1. Open Opera. If the main menu is absent, click on the button with Opera symbolics in the upper left corner of the program and select the Show the Menu item. Click a menu item "Tools" - "In addition" - "The blocked contents".
2. There will be a blocking settings window. To include in the list objectionable some website, press the Add button which is in the window upper right corner. In the field "The Blocked Websites" there will be a data entry field suggesting to enter the name of the domain.
3. To edit information, select a necessary line and press the Editing button. If you need to delete any domain from the list of prohibited, select it and click on "Delete". It is worth mentioning that the DELETE key in this specific case will not work. As you noticed, in this window there are no OK buttons, "Apply" and so forth therefore changes become effective at once after their introduction. To leave a blocking settings window, click "Close" or Esc on the keyboard.
4. Having pressed several times The Blocked Websites button, it is possible to range names of the prohibited domains alphabetically. Besides, if the prohibited domains, pages or objects it was gathered so many that they are not located in the place allocated for them, it is possible to use search – the field for input is in the top part of a window. Search works similar to Google: you enter the text, and the system by process of elimination displays suitable results. For example, if you write "y", search delivery will show all domains which names begin on this letter.
5. Besides, you can block certain contents of the website. For this purpose open the necessary page, right-click in any free space on it and in the appeared menu select "Block contents". Now specify by the left mouse button those objects which you want to prohibit to survey. To save changes, click "Is ready" for the button which is in the right top part of the program.
