If someone from those with whom you should separate carrying out time at the computer immoderately abuses downloadings by means of the uTorrent program, the desperate thought this program to block can come to your mind. It is possible to make it by means of the Winlock utility.

- - Winlock program.
Instruction
1. Open the Winlock program - after start it at once will appear in a tray. Find in it a program icon, click it with the left mouse button and in the opened menu select "Open Winlock". Or more just a way – click F11 on the keyboard.
2. Go to the Access tab and select in it the Programs item. In the top part of a window there is a drop-down menu, select in it "Blocking by name". Press the Add the Program button, and in the appeared window – "Overview".
3. The new window in which to you will suggest to specify path to the EXE file will open (i.e. the starting file) programs - in this case it is uTorrent. Specify it and click "Open". In the following window click "Add" (the EXE file will appear in the list) and "Close". Check near uTorrent.exe. It is theoretically possible to block start of the program by means of the Blocking according to Information function, but on the relation specifically to uTorrent it oddly does not work.
4. If you decide to delete uTorrent from the list of the blocked programs subsequently, select its name in the list with the left mouse button and press the Delete button which is near "Add". Or just click Delete on the keyboard.
5. Click Apprx. the Program will suggest to enter the password and its confirmation, it should consist not less than of 2 characters. Subsequently this password will be requested every time when the user intends to enter settings of the program or will decide to close it. In the same window there is an Include Protection point. Having removed from it a tick, you remove blocking from all objects at once.
6. Go to the Setup tab and check near the inscription "Save the Password in a Profile of Settings". It is necessary to remove the enabled blocking it would not turn out by means of normal reset of the computer. Click OK that changes became effective.
