The auction of eBay gains popularity, "developing" in addition to the States many European countries, including Ukraine and Russia. If you often buy things through eBay, sooner or later you should face a problem of canceling of a rate on goods. Accidentally having been mistaken with a rate, you can spend more money, than it is necessary. From errors nobody is insured.
Instruction
1. You can refuse relied, but in the presence of the reason, valid on that. For this purpose it is necessary to check at first compliance of your reason for the following conditions: - Wrong input of the sum owing to a punctuation error. You could be mistaken and put $69.9 instead of $6.99. In that case to you it will be necessary to enter at once after canceling of the wrong rate the correct sum. Pay attention that if you want to change a rate, say, from $69.9 for $5.88, then at you nothing will turn out. It does not belong to a case with a punctuation error any more; - The description of goods on which you relied significantly changed during the time which passed from entry into force of your last rate. The seller could add, for example, some details about a goods status.
2. The second that needs to be made, it to specify auction completion date: - Until the end of the auction there were 12 and more hours: you can cancel the rate, and all your rates on goods will automatically be cancelled; - Until the end of the auction there were less than 12 hours: you can cancel only your maximum rate; - If by you it was relied in 12 and less hours until the end of the auction, you have no right to recall her.
3. Fill a special form of a denial of purchase or Bid Retraction Form. You can withdraw the best offer (Best Offer), having used the Form of canceling of the best offer or Best Offer Cancellation Form.
4. If to withdraw a rate because of mismatch to temporary restrictions and conditions of canceling, try to send inquiry to the seller. He is able to allow you to refuse a rate.
5. If lot is placed in category under the name Non-Binding Bid Policy, or sale of goods is prohibited by terms of service of eBay or the current legislation, you can refuse the rate. Also you remember – any rate obliges you to pay goods in case of your victory in the auction (unless except for the conditions given above).
