1. Canceling of the order in online stores is made according to the 26th article of the Consumer Protection Law. It says that the buyer can refuse the ordered goods at any time before he received it. As a rule, the order of canceling of the order is painted on the website of online store. Visit the website where you ordered goods and look through the sections "Question-answer", "Order", "Procedure of the Order" and others similar. After that call the manager of shop number specified on the Contacts page and report about canceling of the order. Specify number of your order. Number can be learned in "Personal account" or in the letter sent to your e-mail after you sent the order.

4. If the online store does not provide independent canceling of the order in "Personal account", contact administration of shop by e-mail which address should be specified on the website, or call phone manager. These ways are effective if your goods were not sent to your address yet.

5. If the goods already in path, at the same time payment for it are made upon receiving, you cannot cancel the order until it comes to you. When receiving do not open a parcel with goods and refuse it. The procedure of failure depends on that as well as where you will receive the order. Perhaps, you will need to write the application for return. Pay delivery of the order then contact the manager of online store.

6. If money is already paid for the order and the order is sent, repeat the procedure described in the fifth point. The seller is obliged to return money for goods within one-three working days. At the same time the cost of delivery will be subtracted from the order value.
