2. Right-click on an icon of the Proxy Switcher program. Select the IP address near a country flag. So you instantly replace your IP address.
3. To load the IP list manually, start the program from a browser window, clicking a logo with the left mouse button. Click on "Download proxy list". Open the New folder. Check all proxies by means of the Test proxy servers for availability button. Stop the test, having clicked "Stop Setting".
