Electronic mailbox – the convenient interface for message exchange and pimam of business and personal character. To configure a mailbox under the requirements, to show the data as the business card of the firm, change registration parameters.
Instruction
1. Creating an electronic mailbox, you entered personal data which wanted to open for the interlocutors in the field of registration. As a rule, users try to maintain relevance of the specified information therefore if you changed a surname, moved to other city or got new job, change registration parameters in a system.
2. Be authorized on the electronic to mail. On a top panel of tools of a box find the Setup tab. Sometimes settings are hidden as these parameters are requested quite seldom. It is possible to look at additional functions during the work with mail having pressed the Still button which is on a top panel of tools.
3. "Settings" of a mailbox include a set of components. If you want to change the personal data entered into registration time select the Biographical particulars menu. Having directed the cursor in the field with information, delete old data and enter new. Pay attention that the fields noted by "asterisk" are mandatory. If you want these data to be visible to other users of a system of e-mail, check the corresponding window. If you want to hide personal information, on the contrary, remove a tick the Display These Data in My Questionnaire window. Now the users registered in a system to e-mail will be able to find your e-mail the address according to your personal data.
4. If you the user of the My World system on electronic service Mail.ru, you can change parameters of "My world" and "The agent's Mail" in the same settings window of biographical particulars.
5. For confirmation of the actions and safety of your personal data, in the bottom of a settings window enter the current password to a mailbox. After that click "Save changes" and "OK". When you come on the e-mail next time, you will see new biographical particulars.
