When opening web pages the Safari browser saves them in the temporary folder on your computer which is called "cache". When the Internet page opens repeatedly, Safari loads it already from this folder that does process much quicker. If it is necessary, for example, if contents of the web page became outdated, then at any time the temporary folder can be cleaned.
Instruction
1. For cache flush in the Safari browser click the Control-Alt-E keyboard shortcut, select "Clean". Pay attention that for loading of the latest version of the page, it is possible not to clean a cache, and just to ignore its contents. Just reboot the page, having keyed Ctrl+R or having clicked on the special icon represented in the form of a curved arrow.
2. Sometimes, in addition to a cache, it is required to delete also cookie. These files help websites to recognize you when you return to them and to show information interesting you. By the way, do not forget that removal of cookie or change of their settings can lead to changes and in other programs and files. So, for removal select the Action menu, then - "Settings" and "Safety". You can find the menu of actions in the browser upper right corner. Further click on the column "Show Cookie", select all or some files, and then click "Delete". After completion of operation click "Is ready" for the button.
3. Do not forget that Safari saves the pages viewed by you in the list of history that allows to return to the necessary website quickly. However from time to time it is recommended to clean history after all. For this purpose select the History item, further press the Clean History button, and then - "Clean". For display of the line "History" it is necessary to key Alt.
4. For cleaning of separate elements of the list of history click on an icon in the form of the open book. In the list of collections select the History item at the left. In the bookmarks located on the right select objects for removal and click Delete.
5. Safari developers provided also setup of automatic removal of objects through a certain interval of time. To use this function, select the Action item, then - "Settings", and click on "Main". As it was already told, this menu item is located in the browser upper right corner. Now it was necessary only to click a command of the Delete History Objects pop-up menu.
