From time to time the observer of Internet Explorer can incorrectly work because of a large number of the temporary files requiring removals. In other cases the user needs to clean the log of visits or search, and sometimes just there is a wish to bring order: delete all excess additions, bookmarks and buttons from the panel of elements. Anyway, all operations can be executed, using options of the observer of Internet Explorer.
Instruction
1. To clean the history of the overview, start IE and select the Delete the Log of the Observer item in the menu "Service". The new dialog box "Removal of History of the Overview" will open. With its help it is possible to execute several operations at once: delete temporary files and cookie, to clean the log of earlier visited websites and the entered search queries, passwords and these filterings of InPrivate.
2. Note a field mark in those sections which need cleaning, and click "Delete". Operation can take several seconds or minutes – everything depends on amount of the data saved in logs. Be attentive, the inquiry for confirmation of actions is not submitted, and you will not be able to stop the started process.
3. It is possible to get access to history logs of the overview and some other way. Select the Internet Options item in the menu "Service". In the opened dialog box go to the General tab. Find the section "History of Viewing" and press the Delete button. The same window – "Removal of History of the Overview" in which you will be able to perform all necessary operations will open.
4. To bring order to bookmarks and to delete the unnecessary more addresses of pages, use one of the offered ways. Click on the Favorites point in the menu bar, in the deployed list bring the cursor to the excess link, click it with the right mouse button and choose the Delete command in a drop-down menu.
5. Other option: select the Arrange Favorites item in the Favorites menu - the new dialog box will open. In its top part the list of bookmarks will be submitted. Select the unnecessary link and click "Delete" in the lower part of a window. Confirm the actions in a window of request and close the Arrange Favorites window.
6. In order that did not interfere with work of the observer certain additions, it is not obligatory to delete them. They can just be disconnected. Through the menu "Service" open the Superstructures window, select with the left mouse button unnecessary expansion and click "Disconnect" in the lower part of a window. Confirm the actions. If it is required, restart IE.
7. To clean a top panel of the observer from excess buttons, right-click on any icon and choose the Configure command in a drop-down menu. The new dialog box will open. By means of To the left button arrow move all unnecessary buttons from the section "The Current Buttons in the Panel of Elements" to the section "Available Buttons" and click OK.
