At the beginning of 2011 VolgaTelecom became a part of the Rostelecom company. Therefore for viewing data on services in a personal account it is necessary to visit the website of the head company at first.
Instruction
1. Visit the website of the Rostelecom company to the address www.rt.ru. Find a window of the choice of the region in the upper right corner of the page. Click a tick near it. In the appeared list select the Volga macroregion, and in it – your area. Click its name once.
2. Over a window which you just used find the inscription "Personal account" in the upper right corner. Click the image of the lock near it. The browser will automatically redirect you on the old version of the website. If redirection does not happen, guide the cursor at the inscription "Personal account" and delay. In the dropping-out hint click "the previous version of the website" an underlined phrase.
3. Depending on the specific region you will need to enter the login and the password in the right part of the screen or to click the inscription "Logging Into the Personal Account on Services of Internet" (or telephony).
4. If you have no login and the password, receive its one of ways. It is possible to register online, having clicked the corresponding inscription near a window for an input, or in the middle of the screen in the text of the description of service. On the new page think up the login and the password for your account and also specify the e-mail address. Depending on the region and date of connection data, necessary for an input, can give out at office during signing of the contract. Besides, in some cases as the login it is possible to use the home phone number, and number of personal account will become the password.
5. Type the login and the password in the corresponding windows and press the Input button (or "Enter"). On the personal account homepage you will see the main data on the connected services – number of personal account, the name of a data plan, the account status, the sum of the last payment and expenses current month. Having selected other tabs in an office, you will be able to be connected to other rate, to look at detailed statistics of use of services, to connect additional options. After completion of work click the inscription "Output".
