There are situations when it is necessary to explain to somebody how any given program, or the website works, but to express all actions in words quite difficult. It is possible to help the novice user if he, and you install the TeamViewer program. She allows to see a desktop of the computer of the friend on the screen and to use it as own by means of a mouse and the keyboard.
It is required to you
- Free TeamViewer program.
- Perhaps, the RAdmin program will be required (for file transfer).
Instruction
1. TeamViewer – the program free if it is not used for commercial purposes. You download it on both computers (http://www.teamviewer.com) and you install, you select at the "personal/non-commercial use" installation.
The server computer, is the computer host to which connection will be made. And the client is a computer from which there is a summons for connection.
2. We start the program after installation and we find the column "ID". In it there is your personal code (identifier) which the program automatically assigns for the PC. In the field of "Password" there is a password. The password is generated automatically at each start of the program and every time – new.
3. After start of the program on the server, we start it on the client. In the lower part of the program there has to be a phrase of "Ready to connect". If the phrase appeared, the server tells the client the data ("ID" and "Password") any communication link.
The user who is at the computer - the client enters "ID" in the right part of the program, specifies the Remote support point and presses "Connect to partner".
4. In several seconds, depending on connection speed, it will be offered to computer client to enter the password. After input you will see a desktop of the second computer and will be able to manage it through Windows cover.
