The Internet became an integral part of life of the modern person. If blogs and social networks contain information on your private life, experiences and intimate thoughts, it is quite logical that you want to give access to a personal page only to relatives.
Instruction
1. To make your VKontakte page available for viewing only to friends, you need to create the list of people who will be able to browse it. For this purpose click on the link "My Friends". The system will send you to the page where all people, friendship with whom you confirmed, will be shown. In the right part of the page you will see the blue button "Create the List". Press the button, and you will open the New List of Friends window. Also you will display all friends who are available for you at the moment. Select those to whom you want to give access to your page. You can entitle the list, having called it, for example "The closest". After that click "Save".
2. After that come into the Setup menu and open the Privacy tab. Now you can make availability of any of the offered settings only for friends. For example, if does not suit you that all users can see the list of communities in which you consist, click this link the left key of a mouse. The system will suggest to select to whom you want to give access to this function: to all users, friends and friends of friends, only to, friends, or some friends. Select the last item. In the opened window select your list on the right. After you in this way configured all settings, click "Save".
3. If you have LiveJournal, you can also close in it access to strangers, partially or completely. Pass in "beginning"-> "Management"-> "Druzya2-> "Sorting and the filter of friends"-> "Groups of friends". Here you can create lists of friends. For example, you write about series "Star Wars" and about cultivation of rats much, but these subjects are not interesting to a wide range of readers. Create two lists of friends: one of fans of Star Wars, the second of fans of rats. When you write a post on one of these subjects, select in the graph "Access to This Record" click "Selectively" and note the list necessary to you. If you want record to be visible only to friends, select "Friends". Then click "Publish". Accidentally come people will not see your text.
