Each Internet user has the e-mail, and at some even not one. E-mails forced out paper for a long time. Undoubtedly, e-mail is much more convenient, it is simple in use, does not cause a delay in transmission of messages and is rather reliable. But very few people know how it is possible to configure a mailbox.
Instruction
1. There passes not much time, and letters become very much that it is very easy to lose necessary, to miss important information. Therefore it is necessary to bring order to your own correspondence. On your mailbox you can see folders: "entering", "sent", "spam", "messages", "basket", but under all this list is the key button - "Configure".
2. To sort letters, come into the Setup menu and create additional folders for specific services or users, for groups of letters on categories. It can be: "earnings in network", "subscriptions", "friends", etc.
3. Sort letters by folders. For this purpose select necessary messages and click "move". In the appeared window select the name of the folder where you need to put the letter.
4. Make so that next time the new letter got to the place, right for you, at once. For this purpose open the letter and click "In addition". In the opened window select "Create the rule", further select the name of the folder in which letters will have to be placed (the line "subject" at the same time should be cleaned). Click "Create the rule", thereby, having saved settings.
5. At forums and the different websites you quite often leave the address of the e-mail. It is used by spammers who send absolutely useless advertizing to your box. The majority of mail services perfectly filters such messages. However some letters nevertheless get to you. In that case it is necessary to add the addressee to the black list or to mark the letter as "spam". In such a way you will forever get rid of spam which will be sent from the addressee from the black list. Having configured a mailbox thus, it is possible to increase considerably its functionality, at the same time in your mail there will be always an order, and you without effort will find the necessary correspondence.
