Android OS won popularity thanks to the functionality and support of work in the different modes and with any wireless networks. On the Internet it is necessary to make settings of the device working under control of this system for work. You will need to install the SIM card of mobile operator and to select the necessary parameters for connection.
Setup 3G and 4G
The majority of modern Android devices supports work in 3G networks and 4G which allow to carry out high-speed connection for data transmission. For setup of connection install the SIM card in the corresponding slot of the device and turn on phone or the tablet.
Most mobile operators (for example, Beeline, MTS and Megafon) activate automatic support of setup of the Internet on the SIM. Right after installation of a sim card select "Browser" on the main screen of the device, having clicked the corresponding label. Enter the address of any website and wait for the end of loading of the page.
The android will automatically determine the used operator and will select the offered parameters for net surfing.
If settings were not activated or they are not preset by telecom operator and are absent in a system, you should enter the necessary parameters manually. Pass into "Menu", having clicked a label of the main screen. Click "Settings" - "Other networks" ("Still") – "Mobile networks". Check opposite to the Mobile Data point and pass into "Access points". Press the button of access to the additional menu and select "New access point".
Enter any name for the created network. In the Access point point enter APN of your operator. APN can be found, having visited the site of the operator or having called support desk. If necessary specify the Proxy, Port, User name and Password parameters, however they are not obligatory for most networks. Click "Authentication type" and select PAP. "Type of access point" specify default in a line.
Setup is complete. In the menu select the created point and reboot the device then once again try to go on-line. If all options are correct, there will be a loading of the necessary website.
Before implementation of connection do not forget to include data transmission on 3G through the menu available after shift of a top panel of the screen a finger down.
Wi-FI
The mobile devices Android automatically execute connection to the Internet, using the standard of wireless data transmission Wi-Fi. To activate and configure connection, shift a top panel of the device down and click the corresponding icon in the appeared menu. To select the used access point, click and you hold a connection icon to go to the menu of settings. Then specify the necessary access point and if necessary enter the password. After that you can use all opportunities of Internet connection.
You can also create own access point of Wi-fi. For this purpose select "The modem mode" in settings of network of the device. Activate the wi-fi modem point and specify the name and the password for the network created by you. The devices connected to your access point will use 3G-connection activated on the phone for data transmission.
