Instruction

1. Connect a cable of your desktop computer to one of four ports of the router. Connect a cable of a home network to wan port.

2. Save settings of the current Internet connection in the separate file. For this purpose click on the Start-up button, select the Setup item and come into "Control panel". In a new window click a label "Network connections". You will see the section "LAN". Find in it a line "Connection on a local area network". By means of right click open "Properties". Select the General tab and select the line "Internet protocol". Click "Properties". Create the text document and copy in it all parameters from this tab.

3. You will expose new parameters. Select Receive the IP Address Automatically values and ""Receive dns-servers automatically"", click "OK".

4. You pass to setup of the router. Enter "http://192.168.1.1" into an address bar of the web browser without quotes. In the appeared window fill the fields intended for input of the login and the password. Enter the word ""admin"" into both lines and click "OK".

5. In the following window select the Fast Setup parameter and click the OK button. Select the time zone in which you are, and click "Further". In the appeared values select ""RRTR"" and again click "Further". In a new window the user name and the password issued by your provider for Internet access will ask to enter you. Once again click Next.

6. You pass to the wan ip settings. Opposite to the Get ip automatically parameter select ""no"". Then enter the values of the IP address, subnet mask and the main gateway saved in the text document into the respective fields. Near the line ""Get dns automatically"" deliver to ""No"". Click "Further".

7. Think up the name for future wireless network and enter it in the field ""ssid"". Select the security level which you will find necessary and enter any password. Click "Finish".
