It is not difficult to explain such popularity: the satellite Internet has the mass of advantages which become more and more obvious every year.

1. One of the main pluses of the satellite Internet is its availability. In any point of a cover zone of the satellite it is possible to connect without effort the Internet through "plate". It is fair even in those places where cable or telephone lines were never drawn. The second big advantage of this type of connection consists in the high speed of data transmission at very moderate price for 1 megabyte of traffic. The only complexity the fact that the satellite Internet needs the land channel for transfer of the return data from the user. For this purpose GPRS, ADSL and even dial-up can be used.
2. For connection of the Internet via the satellite you will need actually satellite dish, a cable, a DVB receiver, the DVB card for the computer, the converter and the bracket. Also F-connectors which are used for connection of a cable to converters will be necessary. If you plan to install and connect a plate completely independently, take care also of thermoshrinkage for isolation of a cable with the F-connector and of anchors for fastening of the bracket of a plate.
3. The DVB receiver needs the corresponding setup for the satellite. First of all the land channel depending on features of its connection and requirements of provider is configured. The DVB card is inserted into any free slot of the computer, then from the setup disk which is applied in a set necessary drivers are put.
4. Features of installation and setup of drivers are in detail described in the attached instruction. Therefore you only need to follow accurately all described steps. After installation of drivers it is necessary to create new network connection through the Start menu - "Setup"-" network connections". Also you need the GlobaX program which can be downloaded from the Internet. If it is too difficult to you to make it independently, it is better to ask the seller of the satellite equipment.
5. At first sight connection and setup of the satellite Internet looks rather difficult, but in fact if precisely to follow the attached instruction, then everything rather clearly and quickly. Besides, most of sellers of the satellite equipment prefer to install it independently today. At the same time as a supplementary service they provide full setup of the equipment. It is enough to mention this moment separately when signing the contract on service before departure of masters.
