Instruction
1. Connect the logger to Ethernet-network in the beginning, i.e. local. For this purpose you will use the standard twisted pair cable and connect the device to the network switch. It is also possible to connect directly the video recorder to the network interface card of the computer, having pressed out a wire according to the scheme "cross". Install on the personal computer the software which had to be on sale together with the device, for management by means of the computer.
2. Receive the static IP address that it was possible to connect the logger to the Internet. For this purpose contact the provider and learn whether he provides similar service. If is not present, then you need to register on service of dynamic DNS and to receive a constant domain name for your personal computer or the laptop. Specify the given information in network settings of the logger.
3. Set the login and the password by which access to control of the logger will be provided. After that you can start the browser from any place in the world and enter the IP address or a domain name of your device into an address bar. After that on the computer it will be offered to install the software allowing to watch video from the logger and to manage its settings.
4. Check the next moments if you had problems with connection of the logger to the Internet or gaining access to its information. Make sure that network settings of the device are saved and web service is included. Propinguyte IP address of the logger.
5. For this purpose enter the command line, having specified cmd in the section "Execute" of the Start menu, and write ping xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx where x – IP addresses value.
