In installation process of the new software the users sometimes face such problem as "an authorization error". The same error arises also after registration on different social networks, on the websites of information and game character.
Instruction
1. Considering that authorization means introduction of the login and password to a special form, the error message means that the server does not accept the entered data. For bug fixing of authorization key Ctrl in combination with F5 thanks to what you refresh the page of your web browser.
2. As all pictures, sounds and files at repeated opening of the web browser undertake from a cache to accelerate time for loading of the web page, it is necessary to clean area of a cache. To delete a cache, define type of the used web browser.
3. If you work in Widows Internet Explorer, click the panel in the form of a gear which is located on top in the right corner. Select the section "Internet Options", then the General point and click the Removal icon. Give a mark near the Temporary Files of the Internet function, again click the Delete icon, and then the sign "OK".
4. If you work in Mozilla Firefox, click a web browser icon, select above the section "Setup", the Privacy point and click on the link for cleaning of your recent history. After that the list in which give a mark near the All point and click the Details point will drop out. Having selected the Cache item, click the Clean Now icon.
5. If you work in Opera, find in the section "Setup" and the subsection "Delete Personal Data". Then press the button in the form of an arrow which is located opposite to the Detailed Processing function. Give a mark near the Clean a Cache function then click the Delete icon and after that "OK".
6. As soon as the cache is cleaned, pass to the page of safety where disconnect checkboxes opposite to the functions "Prohibit to Save the Login", "Prohibit Parallel Sessions", etc. Enter the current password into the corresponding form and click the Save icon.
