Instruction
1. The virtual folder received the name only because its contents are only temporary for the current storage. You open mail, set the filter, having specified necessary parameter, and in a virtual folder certain letters appear. Update the current window and contents of the folder it will be dissolved according to former directories or delete it manually. Also there is a possibility of setup of this tool in such a way that virtual directories will be constantly present.
2. For creation of a virtual folder click the top File menu, then click with the left mouse button the line "Create a Virtual Folder". Also this operation can be performed through the search string. For this purpose after performing operation of search in an entry line select the option "Save Search Results as the Folder".
3. In the opened New Virtual Folder window it is necessary to enter a name in the respective field and to select the local folder in which, in turn, there will be virtual. It is necessary to specify slightly below search conditions of letters if they were not set up to this point. Click OK or the ENTER key to close the current window.
4. If for any reasons the search of the necessary letters was not set yet, it is possible to make it later at any time. For this purpose it is enough to click the top Editing menu, to select the Find item and to click on the line "Search of Messages".
5. For change of options of search in already created virtual folder it is necessary to click it with the right mouse button and to select the Properties item. In the opened dialog box change search conditions, and then click OK. If in a virtual folder you did not find the uniform letter, therefore, it is necessary to update directory contents — click at first on any real-life folder, then on virtual.
