Instruction

1. Start the Word text editor. Select the Create item in the File menu and you select the WEB PAGES tab. Click the icon "the Master of WEB PAGES .wiz". In the Creation of the WEB PAGE window note a document type which suits you, and click "Further". In the following window select style of execution of the page and click "Is ready".

2. Enter text heading. The font installed in a template will be used by default. You can select other design, having opened the list in the Heading window. There is a different way: select heading, then select a suitable font from the list in a window of fonts.

3. To add graphic, sound and video files on the page, use the Drawing command from the Insert menu. At choice three points will be offered to you: - the picture – a set of ready drawings and an opportunity to import on the page clips from your collection or from the Internet; - the drawing – an image insert from the folder on your computer or from the Internet; - the chart – you can select its type from the Chart paragraph of the main menu.

4. To connect your page with other web document, select the word, a phrase or the drawing which will become a hyperlink in the text. In the Insert menu choose the Hyperlink command. Press the Browse button near the Connect with File/URL window and specify path to an object to which you are going to refer. Confirm the choice, having clicked OK.

5. If you want to make a reference to other part of the same page, at first create a bookmark on the necessary fragment. Select a part of the text, then in the Insert menu choose the Bookmark command and enter the name of a bookmark. Then use the option "Hyperlink" and in the Object Name in the Document window enter the name of a bookmark.

6. You can transform the ready file created by means of Power Point, Word or Excel to the web document. For this purpose in the File menu choose the Save in the HTML Format or Save as the Document HTML command. Previously add all necessary objects on the page, using means of MS Office, and create hyperlinks.
