The information system represents set of rationally algoritmizirovanny methods and means of work with large volumes of information. It is used for storage, processing, the analysis and issue of information and includes as well the personnel providing its working capacity and operation. It is possible to create an information system at any level and to use both at the level of the state, and at the enterprise level.
Instruction
1. Begin creation of an information system with predesign inspection. Carry out preliminary collecting materials for design. Analyze those purposes which face you, and tasks which the information system should solve create requirements to it. Study an automation object, select and develop versions of the concept of an information system.
2. Study and analyze collected materials, develop the technical documentation regulating the created information system. Create and approve the feasibility study, develop and approve the specification on design.
3. At a stage of preliminary design consider the existing design solutions on all aspects of development of an information system, select optimum. Define structure of all components and in detail describe them. Develop, issue and approve the engineering design.
4. Carry out detailed design. Select and develop the used mathematical methods and algorithms of programs, think over structure of databases. Prepare documentation, contracts for development and installation of software products. Provide a possibility of training of personnel by developers and a possibility of support and software update. Together with developers select a complex of technical means, necessary for the solution of your tasks, develop documents for their delivery and installation.
5. Receive and install technical means, hold testing and operational development of the software, receive and install its final version. Develop operating instructions of an information system both for the administrator and programmers, and for personnel which will provide functioning of an information system. Write duty regulations for personnel.
6. Put an information system into trial operation, test work technical and software. Train personnel, provide its certification confirming admission to work and the corresponding qualification. Carry out production tests of work of all information system and all its components in general. Put a system in operation, having signed all documents, acts of acceptance of works necessary for this purpose.
