For creation number ICQ which will be used for communication in this service of instant messaging you will need to undergo registration procedure on the official site of service. After the indication of necessary data you get a unique identifier of UIN and will be able to use it for message exchange with other users.
Instruction
1. Pass to the official site of ICQ.com by means of the browser installed in your system. On the appeared page select the Registration in ICQ item which is located in the window upper right corner.
2. Before you there will be a form which you will need to fill for creation of number. Enter your name and a surname. Also enter your present phone number for obtaining the code of authorization which will allow to complete registration procedure and to receive the necessary UIN. Click "Receive the SMS with the code" and wait for obtaining the message from service. You can also use the link "I Have No Phone Number" and execute activation of service by means of the indication of the e-mail address.
3. Enter the code received on phone on the following page. If you selected activation through E-mail, pass into mail and use the link from the letter for completion of the procedure of creation of the account. Now you can install any client of ICQ and enter data retrieveds into the corresponding menu of the program. If data in attempt of an input through the client are correct, you will be able to start adding of new users in the contact list and to message exchange.
4. Registration in ICQ service can be also executed through the program. Pass to the official page of service and click on the link "Download ICQ". Wait for the end of loading of a package of the program and start it, having clicked the file of an installer. Complete installation, being guided by hints on the screen.
