The majority of serious software products at emergence of internal errors create the special file of debugging (log of errors). It usually contains necessary information for correction of the appeared bug (defect).

Instruction
1. Some program complexes constantly keep files of dens, thus this document may contain tens of thousands of signs. As a rule, users report about the arisen bugs to developers that the last made changes to a program code. But it is simply senseless to copy all log in an e-mail body — it can be too big. Therefore it is enough to cut only a part for sending.
2. Log files open any text editor, for example, "Notepad" or by means of WordPad. Open the directory of the program, then the folder which contains the log. In certain cases such files have the Latent attribute therefore it is necessary to perform one procedure. Click the top menu "Service" and select the Properties of the Folder item. Pass to the View tab and remove a mark from the option "Hide System Files".
3. Right-click on the file, select the section "Open with the Help" and left-click on a line of any text editor. If the suitable application in this list did not appear, click "Select the application". In the opened window you will see the augmented list of the installed programs. But happens and so that in this list there will also be no necessary program. Press the Browse button and specify the executable file of the editor of text files. Click the OK button.
4. In a window of the text editor you need to copy the necessary text fragment. As a rule, it is the last lines (pages) of the log or a certain part of the document. For search of the necessary phrase it is enough to use the tool of the same name. To open a search window, click the Ctrl+F keyboard shortcut. In the empty field enter a phrase and click the ENTER key.
5. It is possible to copy the necessary fragment by means of the clamped left mouse button or function keys of selection of the text (Ctrl, Shift, navigation arrows). Copy the selected text fragment and insert it into a window of sending mail. In extreme cases e-mail it is possible to send files of the log. For this purpose pass to a mail window and click "Attach".
