  • The desktop computer or the laptop with the installed Windows operating system.

Instruction

1. You need to start the command line. Open the Start menu and select the All Programs item.

2. In the revealed list of the installed programs open the Standard folder. Find and start the Command line program.

3. In the command line print and execute the netstat command - a | find ""LISTENING"". The list of open ports for all network interfaces of your computer with the indication of the protocol of interaction will be a command execution result.

4. View the received list. Numbers of open ports are located in the second column together with the addresses of network interfaces in a format [address of the network interface]: [port number].
