1. Such banner usually appears in the browser or on a desktop, existing over other windows. He is capable not only to give moral trouble, but also blocks some functions of the operating system. If the banner appears only in the browser, it is enough to clean settings of the Web browser.
2. For Internet Explorer it is necessary to check attentively active superstructures, the subsection is in the menu ""Service"". Measure the malicious application by eye it is difficult therefore it is possible to work with a trial and error method – disconnecting superstructures on one and checking result, having rebooted the browser.
3. With the Mozilla Firefox browser the same principle will approach. It is necessary to check active additions in the Tools menu. The list of additions is in the Expansions tab. After the superstructure which is responsible for start of a virus is found, it needs to be deleted. Connect free addition which will block all advertizing banners in this browser.
4. The harmful banner prescribes itself in Opera in the folder user to Java scripts which settings need to be changed. For this purpose it is necessary to open the Tools menu, the Setup submenu. Select In the addition tab, the section ""Contents"". Click ""Java Script Settings" "and in the appeared window to clean the Folder of the User Java Script Files field. In this case only scanning of a disk on viruses from under not infected operating system will help. It is possible to make it, having connected the infected disk to other computer and having scanned an antivirus. Or to use a boot drive and, having started Windows from it, to check the hard drive anti-virus utilities which do not require installation and are started from external media. Such utilities can be found in the Internet, the truth it is necessary to make it from not infected computer because viruses often block the websites containing antivirus software.
