To punish the user for incorrect behavior in network, moderators of the majority of the websites block to it access to a resource or at all delete the account of the guilty user from the database of the project. Thereby the administration enters it in the "black" list, the called ban sheet.
Instruction
1. Being in the ban sheet, the user cannot browse information of the website, to leave comments or to send messages to any of the registered users of a resource. However sometimes there are cases when the person even knows that it appeared in the ban sheet. If you found yourself in the list of banned, do not hurry to be upset and do not try to register the new account (in many cases the access to the website is blocked to the IP address).
2. To delete itself from the ban sheet, establish connection with the Internet. Visit the website in the status of the guest and learn the possible reasons for the ban. For this purpose you will need to study rules of a resource with which you agreed at registration. Remember what actions you took on this website recently. Quite perhaps, your punishment is deserved.
3. If you know the reason of blocking of the account, find in one of sections of the menu or in the lower part of the website the address for feedback. It can be or a special form for message exchange with administration of the project, or e-mail of service support.
4. Come on the electronic mailbox and write the letter of administration of the website. At the same time your e-mail should be the same which you specified at registration. Thereby you once again confirm to the addressee of own message that you are a user of the blocked account.
5. Explain in the text of the letter what reasons induced you to make incorrect actions. Apologize and promise that do not make a similar mistake any more. If you consider yourself the innocent, all the same do not give in to emotions and in a polite manner ask for what reason you were entered to the ban sheet. Also specify date and time when you found blocking of the account.
6. Send the letter and wait for the response message from support desk. If in the response letter to you point to the blocking reasons of which you did not knew, again write administrations of the website with a logical explanation of the acts and reactions. Be extremely polite and correct. Carrying out term response actions of the moderator can depend on it.
