1. If to click Ctrl-Alt-Delete key shortcut, then you will see all processes which happen in your system. There it is possible to find existence of a harmful SMS banner. So you will find out from where there is all process of a banner extortioner.
2. It is possible to use the Starter utility. This program will specify the place of existence of a SMS banner in a system. For removal reboot and expose work in the safe mode. During the load you click F8 and you come into the safe mode. So the virus will not be able to be started.
3. Further you look for that place on the computer that was specified by the Starter utility. In the specified folder you delete everything. Back you reboot.
4. There are such SMS banners which cannot be traced using the Starter utility. Then it is necessary to contact AVZ. You download this program. Further you write on a disk or the USB stick.
5. In turn-on time of the computer you click F8. You select "the safe mode with support of the command line". In a window you enter "explorer". You click "enter".
6. You open "My computer" and you start the USB stick or a disk with AVZ. You begin check. The virus completely will be removed. All works in the safe mode are performed as the administrator.

9. With the website Doctor Web everything is similar. You visit the website http://www.drweb.com/unlocker/index. Further you enter data which the system in the message demands to send into the Number and Text fields. You press the Find the Code button. The system will issue you the corresponding code of an unblocking. It is also possible to use search of the code by the image.
