But with another, for years of active virtual communication the weight of archive can significantly reduce the volume of a mail limit by mail.ru.
It is required to you
- – name and the password from the mail account in mail.ru and installed application of Mail.ru the Agent for normal cleaning of archive;
- – computer with Internet connection for remote cleaning of archive of the saved messages.
Instruction
1. Start Mail.ru the Agent. In a dialog box enter a name and the password from the mail account and click "Enter. After loading, it is necessary to select the interlocutor with whom correspondence needs to be deleted. If the archive should be completely cleaned, then it is necessary to clean a message archive of each contact in turn.
2. Right-click on contact and in the opened dialog box press the button "A message archive. There is one more way to enter into archive. Open a dialog box with the double clicking of a mouse selected by the interlocutor on contact. In the upper left corner the button "Archive is located.
3. Select correspondences, necessary for history. To delete the message it is necessary to select it with unary left click and to press the button "Delete in the right block of the menu. And if it is required to clean completely the history of correspondence, it is necessary to use function "Delete everything, located in the same part of a dialog box.
4. Use a remote way of removal of archive if you use the computer on which Mail.ru the Agent is not installed. For this purpose open the mail.ru portal and enter the mailbox. After that press the button "A message archive of Mail.ru of the Agent, located in the left vertical menu of the page. After that the system will request again to enter the password into a system and after successful identification, remote access to archive will be got. All stories of conversations are stored on contacts. It is enough to select the interlocutor with whom correspondence needs to be deleted and to select messages. After clicking of the button "Delete correspondence with the interlocutor disappears irrevocably.
