1. At each forum or other similar resource there shall be a moderator or group of the moderators watching observance by users of rules on the project. For communication with them in the interface of a window of the program there has to be any link.
2. If expression of the user has offensive character in someone's party or for any other reasons contradicts the norms set on this resource, find an option: "complain to the moderator". In the offered field for an explanation of your discontent (if that is available), briefly, but capaciously point to those paragraphs of rules which were violated by this person.
3. If an offensive remark or the comment, and it is possible, and the whole post, continue a long time "hang" on the website even after your complaint to the moderator, find the reference for communication with support desk of this resource.
