Removal of history of requests in different browsers can differ in technical methods of execution, but remains the standard operation intended for ensuring confidentiality of the user. This procedure does not mean use of the additional software of third-party developers.
Instruction
1. Open the main menu of the Windows operating system by clicking of the Start-up button for implementation of the procedure of removal of history of requests and pass into the All Programs menu.
2. Start the installed browser and open the menu "Service" of a top panel of tools of an application window Internet Explorer 6.
3. Specify the Internet Options point and select the General tab of the opened dialog box.
4. Delete the history of requests with clicking of the Clean the Log button and confirm command execution with clicking of the OK button (for Internet Explorer 6).
5. Deploy the menu "Service" of a top panel of tools of the Internet Explorer 7 window and use the option "Delete the Log of the Observer".
6. Click "Delete the Log" in the opened dialog box and confirm application of the selected changes with clicking of the Yes button in a new window of request of a system (for Internet Explorer 7).
7. Open the menu "Service" of a top panel of tools of an application window Internet Explorer of version 8.0 above and choose the Delete the Log of the Observer command.
8. Apply checkboxes on the Log and Data of Web Forms fields and confirm performing operation by clicking of the Delete button (for Internet Explorer 8 above).
9. Expand the Tools menu of the top service panel of a window of Firefox browser 2 or Firefox 3 and use the option "Delete Personal Data".
10. Specify the Log of Visits node and confirm application of the selected changes with clicking of the Delete Now button (for Firefox 2/3).
11. Execute simultaneous clicking of function keys of Alt+T for a dialog call "Tools" in the Firefox application of version 3.6 or above and specify the Erase Recent History point.
12. Note the time period which is subject to cleaning in a drop-down list of the line "Clean" and disclose a dialog box "Details" clicking of the button with an arrow logo.
13. Apply checkboxes on the Log of Forms and Search and Log of Visits and Loadings fields and confirm the choice with clicking of the Clean Now button (for Firefox 3.6 and above).
