Any modern browser possesses function of storing of already gathered URL and their reminders when entering new. Quite often it is required to clean the list of these addresses, for example, for the purpose of confidentiality. In the Opera browser it can be done in two ways.
Instruction
1. For removal of the addresses from an address bar in the Opera browser on any of two ways press the red button with the white letter ""O"" located in the screen upper left corner in the beginning. There will be a menu. If the old version of the browser is used or display of the menu is included in the classical way, miss this step as the menu on the screen already is.
2. To use the first way, in the Tools menu select the Setup item. In the appeared window select In the addition tab. The list of tabs is located horizontally in the top part of a window. Then in the list which upon transition to this tab will appear at the left select the History item. In the line beginning with the words "Remember the Addresses" key "Clean".
3. If desired delete the Remember Contents of the Visited Pages check mark. Then search in an address bar in the texts located on pages will be blocked. Search in a cache will be carried out only on URL.
4. That the browser did not remember the address of the visited pages, in the same line beginning with the words "Remember the Addresses" at all, set quantity of the remembered addresses on 0. But then it will be inconvenient to use the browser to you.
5. To delete the addresses from an address bar on the second way, in the Tools menu select the Delete Personal Data item. In the appeared window click "Delete". Consider that by default the browser is configured in such a way that when performing this operation all tabs will be closed. If desired you can carry out the choice of the actions which are executed during removal of personal data as it is convenient to you. For this purpose in the same window select the Detailed Setup item.
6. Consider that the addresses of the websites which are stored in bookmarks at their set in an address bar will be automatically complemented even if one of the operations described above is executed. Also you remember that removal of the addresses is made only locally, and at provider they are stored in logs of DNS all the same.
