Problems with removal of the blocked file can arise during removal of digital garbage or the remains of viruses. The message about employment of the deleted object one of the started processes enraged not one generation of users though this problem can be solved in four different ways.

Instruction
1. Download archive with the free WhoLockMe program and unpack archive in the selected directory.
2. Start the install.bat file for performing registration of wholockme.dll in the Windows system.
3. Open a context menu of the blocked object which is subject to removal by click of the right mouse button and select the option Who Lock Me? for display of the complete list of the processes blocking removal.
4. Click Kill Process for completion of work of the process interfering removal and execute operation of removal of the selected file.
5. Use the safe mode of loading for transfer of a system to a basic usage mode only of the main files and drivers.
6. Execute operation of removal of the file (all processes which are not vital in the safe mode should be turned off).
7. Use the free DelLater utility written on the assembler.
8. Enter the dellater.exe command <imya_fayl> into consoles and click a function key of Enter for confirmation of execution of the command of removal of the blocked file.
9. Download and unpack the free Unlocker utility.
10. Start the unlocker.exe executable file and specify path to the blocked folder in the opened Overview of Folders dialog box.
11. Press the OK button for confirmation of the choice and select the necessary action in a drop-down list of the new Unlocker window.
12. Specify "Delete" and press the OK button for confirmation of command execution. Process of search and attempt to delete the selected file can take up to ten minutes.
13. Wait for the end of process of attempt of removal. Possible options: "The object is deleted" and "The object cannot be deleted. Delete at the following reset?".
14. Click "Yes" in the second case and execute reset of the computer.
