Communicating by e-mail, for convenience it is accepted to save the addresses of interlocutors in the notebook of a mailbox. But when names become too much or information on the owner of a box loses the relevance, unnecessary contacts can be deleted.
Instruction
1. It is possible to save up to one thousand contacts in the address book of your e-mail. You can make it manually, having entered a name and the e-mail address of the user into special graphs of the address book. At some users the service saving and the address book all contacts to which e-mails ever went is installed. At the same time interlocutors can be placed in special groups, for example, colleagues, friends, relatives, etc.
2. Be authorized on the mailbox, having entered the login and the password in the special fields. To delete contacts from the address book of a mailbox, click an icon "Address contact.
3. Find the user whom you want to delete from the address book. It is possible to view information on the owner of an e-mail if to press on his name or the Edit button after designated by a checkbox this contact. If you are sure that you want to erase the user from your list of interlocutors, check area near his name. Thus you can select several addresses from the open contact list. If you are sure of the actions, click "Delete". Confirm the solution, having clicked "OK". All contacts selected with checkboxes will disappear from your address book.
4. You can add or delete the whole group of interlocutors. Open classification of groups and select that which will not be required to you any more. Open group. Over the list of the addresses there is a Settings of Group menu. Open it and select the Delete Group function. Confirm the actions, having clicked "OK".
5. Not to save all mails to which ever sent letters in the address book disconnect the option "Avtodobavleniye of Contacts" in settings of "Address book".
