1. Before starting editing system files, it is worth finding some time for their reservation. Sometimes it happens so that during editing system files in network there can be a jump of the electric power or its blackout. Most often the editors of files using them at this moment make saving. Thus it is possible to lose a key to loading of a system forever.
2. If you do not want to face similar cases, it is recommended to create backup copies of files. It can be done in different ways. In one case just it is desirable to copy the edited file in the same directory, having changed only the name. In other case it is desirable to make the copy of the file, having saved it on a removable medium.
3. For removal of the screen of loading you need to edit Boot.ini which is in a root directory of a system disk. In this case creation of the duplicate of the file will be the best option, having changed a copy name. For example, for the Boot.ini file there is a sense to create the copy with the name Boot1.ini. Initially both files should have one contents, you it is necessary to change the Boot.ini file.
4. Open "My computer", then double click on an icon of the disk "With:". For display of the hidden files which Boot.ini is refer to the top menu "Service" and select the Properties of the Folder item. In the opened window pass to the View tab and give a mark opposite to the Show the Hidden Files and Folders point, and on the contrary "Hide the protected system files" a mark it is necessary to remove. On the appeared warning, answer positively, then click OK.
5. Create the copy of the file, then open the original version to which there will be a loading. Find a line which comes to an end on expression / fastdetect in a window of "Notepad" or other text editor.
6. Add to this expression through space / SOS. Thus, the termination of a line will look as follows: / fastdetect/SOS. Now click "Save" or click the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + S.
7. Reboot to see result of the made actions. Instead of the loading screen you will see a current of a cycle of operations which you did not even guess. For return of the screen of loading it is necessary to delete value / SOS from the Boot.ini file or to restore the first version of this file.
