Delete a mailbox in which need was gone happens not easy. To free mail services it is unprofitable to lose the user. Besides, user identification and rather low level of safety cannot save from unauthorized removal of others mailbox by malefactors.

- – login and password (sometimes: the domain) from a mailbox
- – the answer to the confidential question specified at registration
- – address of service of users
Instruction
1. Activate the account in mail service by means of the login and the password. If the mail resource supports the special interface for removal of the account, then click the corresponding key of the menu. Any of popular services of free mail services does not take out this key in a visibility range of the user therefore be going to look for it. Most often this function is behind the Setup or Service key.
2. Enter registration data repeatedly and the answer to a code question if service provides double user identification during removal. Though most often the login to the interface of removal does not require authorization. At this stage the mail services depending on the corporate policy, can offer different options. Most often along with removal of a mailbox all applications and accounts in social networks of a resource which were used by means of the login and the password from mail are liquidated. Other mail resources are more loyal, and allow to delete only a mailbox, having left an opportunity to use other services for the user. In all cases, the mail service will acquaint the user with consequences of liquidation of the account. After acquaintance with information it is enough to key "Delete" that this account ceased to exist.
3. Contact customer service if your e-mail server does not provide service of independent removal of the account. The address of customer service is usually specified in the Help field or in the bottom of the mailbox screen. In the letter state a request, having specified registration data: e-mail address and password.
4. Delete all linking of a mailbox for assembly of mail if the previous steps did not bring the wished success. Also it is worth deleting the account of this mailbox from an email client. Do not use E-mail'om within 3 months then the box will be automatically liquidated.
