The mailbox represents disk space of the e-mail server for reception of letters and their storage. Sometimes there is a need for shutdown or full removal of the mailbox. It is for this purpose optional to contact support, it is quite possible to perform operation independently.
Instruction
1. That temporarilyby disconnect a mailbox make the following actions. Open your homepage and click the necessary domain name. Further click "Mail". Click the e-mail address which work you want to suspend temporarily. In the Tools group click "Mailbox" and deselect a checkbox from the Mailbox field. Confirm your desire, having clicked OK.
2. For resuming of service of the disconnected mailbox you need to pass the same steps, as at its temporary shutdown. That is, open your homepage and click the necessary domain name. Then click "Mail". Click the e-mail address which work you want to restore. In the Tools group click "Mailbox" and put a checkbox in the field "Mailbox". Confirm your desire, having clicked OK.
3. Temporarily to suspend service of mail service of all mailboxes which are registered on the domain open your homepage and click the necessary domain name. Further click "Mail". In the Tools group click "Disconnect".
4. For resuming of service of all mailboxes which are registered on the domain proceed on the same steps, as at suspension of their service. That is, open your homepage and click the necessary domain name. Then click "Mail". In the Tools group click "Include".
To disconnect an Exchange server mailbox, you need to follow these steps. At first open Exchange Management Console. Then come into "Settings of recipients". Click the Mailbox node. Select a mailbox which you want to disconnect and click "Disconnect" in the panel of actions. Confirm yours with desire, having clicked "Yes".
