1. If you officially subscribed to newsletters of the website, it is possible to unsubscribe from them. The similar option can be disconnected by means of the mailbox. Visit the page and open the Entering folder. Open the text of mailing. Find the Unsubscribe point in the end of the sent message and click with the right key of a mouse. The Confirmation of the Formal Reply page should open. For the termination of obtaining similar letters select Yes option. When clicking the page with the list of newsletters to which you subscribed will automatically open. For shutdown of a subscription select necessary.
2. Often cases when the section "Unsubscribe" in the message is absent meet. Visit the website from which the letter came. On the homepage find a feedback form. On the website it usually is in the section "Contacts" or in the lower part of the page the e-mail address for communication will be specified. Write the message with a request not to send letters of news or advertizing character on your mailbox on the Internet.

Select the Note as Spam item in the menu of a mailbox. The option will work only if spam comes from one mailbox. Or enter the address of the sent message in "Black list".

For example, if your mobile network operator MegaFon, send the message with the text "List" to number from which subscriptions are received. They will be deleted.
